Returns Eligibility:

We accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is initiated within 2 days from the date of delivery in case of damage or defect.

Return Procedure:

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

  2. Find the relevant order and select the item(s) you wish to return, noting the order number.
  3. Send an email to masoompet11@gmail.comΒ Include the order number, clear images of the defective product, and a brief reason for the return to help us improve our services.
  4. Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with further instructions within 2 working days.

Refund Policy:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • For payments made via credit/debit cards or digital wallets, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method and may take up to 15 working days to reflect in your account.
  • For cash-on-delivery orders, you can opt for a refund via bank transfer or store credit, which may take up to 15 working days.

Exchange Policy:

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it by sending a WhatsApp message to +919175322232Β or writing an email to masoompet11@gmail.comΒ with your order number and name. Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
